Do I need an account?
Yes. Create a free account or sign in to send your request and keep your requests, quotes and orders together. There is no subscription fee.
Are there limits on products or stores?
There are no package caps on product count, quantities or shops. Your budget, product availability and shipping eligibility guide what we can source. We confirm the scope before work starts.
When do I pay?
Your initial enquiry is free. We confirm the scope and fees before paid work begins. Any upfront research or selection payment is explained before you agree. Product purchases take place after quote approval and payment.
What does the Find it fee cover?
The $19 search fee covers the agreed product research, including matching products or alternatives and one follow-up question round. A match is not guaranteed. If you decide to buy, a 12% purchasing fee applies, with a minimum of $8. Products and delivery are separate.
Is Taste Match only for food?
No. Your selection can include beauty, lifestyle, accessories, snacks or a mix. Tell us what you enjoy, your budget and anything you want to exclude. You review the selection before we purchase.
Can I choose Standard or Express shipping?
Where available, your quote shows shipping options for your destination and products. Review the available option and total before approving and paying. The shipping calculator provides an estimate; the final shipping cost is confirmed for your parcel.
What about customs and import taxes?
Your destination may charge duties, taxes or clearance fees. These are separate from product prices and our service fee unless your quote expressly includes them. We check product shipping eligibility before confirming the order.
Can you send a gift for a specific occasion?
Yes. Tell us about the recipient, occasion, budget and preferred arrival date. Gift Concierge includes personal selection, one revision, purchase, gift wrapping and a message card. We check feasibility before accepting the request; transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
